toreel is not available to buy or to use. These terms cover the website and the early-access list, and they will be replaced by real ones before anything opens.

The early-access list is not a contract

Leaving an address means you will be told when toreel opens. It is not an order, not a reservation, not a price, and not a promise of a place. There is nothing to pay and nothing being sold. If the product never opens, the list is deleted and that is the end of it.

What is on this site

The measured figures published here — run timings, view counts, the distribution across 268 reels — come from one Instagram account, the operator's own, and are stated with their source and their sample size. They describe what happened on that account. They are not a forecast of what will happen on yours, and nothing on this site should be read as one.

When it does open

These terms will be replaced before anyone else can use the software, and the replacement will cover the things that actually matter then: what you may upload, what the service does with it, uptime, payment, and how either side ends it. Two things are worth saying now because they will not change.

What you make is yours. The reels, the scripts, the covers — the operator claims no ownership of any of it.

What you put in has to be yours to put in. Footage you upload must be yours or licensed to you, and building a presenter from a real person's face or voice needs that person's recorded consent. That is not a formality; it is the line between a tool and a problem.

The website is provided as it is. Nothing here is professional, legal or financial advice. To the extent the law allows, NAOS MULTIMEDIA STUDIO LTD is not liable for loss arising from use of this website, and nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
